How I Approach My Work

I stay in touch based on each client’s timeline and level of activity, adjusting follow-up depending on how recently they’ve engaged, where they are in the process, and when they last heard from me.

Outside the CRM, I use a monthly newsletter, short articles, and occasional targeted communication to stay present without overwhelming clients across different touchpoints.

I also use AI tools to pressure-test ideas, support data analysis, and refine communication so clients get clear, structured guidance without unnecessary clutter.

I do my best work in team environments with clear systems, steady lead flow, and shared accountability. I’m comfortable working within established processes, attending meetings consistently, and collaborating closely while staying aligned with team standards. I’m also available to cover other agents’ leads and occasional open houses, and I work across the Valley and into Pinal County.
