I focus on:

    Fast response that acknowledges the showing or consultation request, confirms availability, and immediately begins qualifying the lead.

  • Clarify Intent and Timeline

    Quickly understand why they’re moving, where they want to be, and when they realistically plan to move.

  • Add Structure Before and During Showings

    Establish financing and affordability early, connect clients with trusted lenders, and coordinate next steps so showings are guided and purposeful.

  • Staying consistent inside the CRM so conversations don’t reset

  • Keeping follow-up steady and natural, not forced

If that early phase is handled well, everything else tends to move more smoothly.
