About me
Since 2014, I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes—first in New York City, one of the most complex markets in the world, and now here in the Phoenix metro area. Along the way, I’ve worked with first-time buyers, growing families, and seasoned sellers, offering guidance shaped by experience, empathy, and a clear understanding of what’s at stake.
Before real estate, I spent years producing national advertising campaigns, an experience that sharpened my marketing, strategy, and content creation skills. I bring that same creative focus to every listing. For sellers, I start with a one-on-one consultation and complimentary home valuation, followed by a staging consultation, high-quality media (photos, 3D tours, floor plans, and video), and a tailored outreach plan that includes MLS reverse prospecting, local networking, open houses, and skillful negotiation to secure the best possible outcome.
For buyers, I start with an in-depth consultation to get a true sense of what makes them tick. I begin with the three W’s: what they’re looking for in detail, where they want to live, and, most importantly, why they’re making a move. Whether it’s about more space, a new start, or a better fit for their lifestyle, understanding these pieces helps me guide the entire process—from the home search to the negotiations—with clarity and purpose.
As a parent and grandparent, I know what it means to find not simply a house, but the right home. I take pride in making the process as smooth and thoughtful as possible.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking desert trails, photographing whatever holds still long enough, volunteering with the Arizona Animal Welfare League, and sailing when I’m near a large enough body of water.
I believe in real relationships, not just real estate. If you’re thinking about your next move, I’d love to talk.
